Graham Palmer – Managing Director

Graham previously worked within several high profile recruitment consultancies having held such roles as Business Development Director, Senior Partner and most recently Managing Director. Since moving into the Telecommunications sector Graham has achieved the distinction of returning the highest yearly billing figures at each of the companies he has been involved with. He has an extensive network of personal and business contacts within the industry and is a regular presence at Telco and IT industry events around the world. Graham has overall responsibility for SMG’s business development and client relationships.

Susan Gallimore – Financial Director

Susan has held senior posts within the recruitment industry over many years. Recently she has been a Director of two major international search and selection companies and has specialised in the administration and finance areas of both companies. Susan has extensive experience in Personnel and staff management having spent over ten years in commercial and industrial environments prior to recruitment. She is responsible for all day-to-day operational and administrative issues and possesses a wide understanding and knowledge of the recruitment industry.

Chris McKenna – Marketing Director

Chris brings over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry to SMG, of which the last eight years have been spent in internal recruitment playing a key role in the development of recruitment and resource strategy across Europe for a major US software company. Chris has been responsible for the design, development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures for a number of high profile European companies throughout his career. Chris is responsible for formulating SMG’s marketing strategy and management of the ongoing development of the company.

Nick Lowe – Senior Consultant

Nick has recently joined SMG from leading international recruitment organisation D&P Associates. He has an excellent background in major account management and brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and a first class understanding of client recruitment needs in today’s Telecoms marketplace.

Rebecca Foster – Senior Consultant

Rebecca has over five years of tried and tested experience in Telecoms recruitment. She has a solid background in all aspects of professional services and is responsible for the placement of SMG’s project and program management candidates across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
